Mingle with some of the Crandall Creek band members on this 46-mile round trip wilderness excursion featuring mountain grades, an "S" curve tunnel, a high bridge, miles of unspoiled mountain views and a stop at the High Falls of Cheat, an 18' high, 150' wide waterfall. A cold cut lunch will be served on board. Take time to explore Elkins after your train ride. You'll travel just a few miles down the road to beautiful Camp Pioneer in Beverly for a home cooked and grilled surf and turf dinner and show by award winning Bluegrass band, Crandall Creek!

Due to the historical nature of the equipment and a non-standard platform, the New Tygart Flyer out of Elkins is not wheelchair accessible. There are multiple steps to board the Flyer, but there are handrails to help.
